Did someone say fried burritos? Taquitos? Nachos? How about tamales? Now, make it vegan. At The Mexi-Boys, we make authentic Mexican food AND vegan Mexican food. We’re from Edison, NJ, but we travel throughout NJ, PA, and NY in our shiny, new food truck. 

 

 While fried burritos - chicken, steak, vegan chicken, you name it - are the big move here, don’t skip on the tamales. We also have our Mexi Bowls, if you’re looking for something lighter. Not to mention, we have quesadillas and The Mexi Boys Cone, among many other options. No matter what kind of Mexican comfort food your stomach is rumbling for, we have it for you in our food truck. Did we mention that almost everything on menu can be made vegan??
